Link an artifact repository (S3 bucket)

The S3 repository will be used to store your promotion manager app application artifacts.
In the next few steps, you will create an AWS S3 bucket, upload the promotion manager artifacts, and connect your repository to Torque.

NOTE: Other repositories are natively supported by Torque, such as JFrog Artifactory.
